Luneria is a town built into a river junction in the Everfree Forest. The town's economy is built around the harvesting of the Star's Euphonos, a rare flower used in a number of powerful medicines.

Princess Luna came to the Everfree Forest in Autumn of 1001 in search of the Star's Euphonos.

Following these events, Luna began to fund major construction on Luneria, and within a few short years the remote town would become a bustling town with a thriving economy which extended from it's neighboring town of Ponyville to the Equestrian capital of Canterlot.
